Baba Yaga's hut on chicken legs in a Slavic village, rendered in Unreal Engine 5.8

Environment kits

Themed props and modular architecture that fit together into complete places

Every kit is a place, not a pile of assets: themed props and modular architecture that fit together, built at real-world scale, with four levels of detail, PBR textures, collision and three color looks. Each one ships as an Unreal Engine 5.8 project and as GLB + FBX for every other engine and 3D tool.

Stylized Slavic Village Props

A Slavic fairy tale: Baba Yaga's hut standing on its chicken legs, a log-cabin interior gathered around the great stove, and a village with its carved gate, its bathhouse, its well and its beehives.

60 props and a 10-piece modular isba kit, in warm folk-art colors with carved detail, for fantasy, RPG and folk-horror games. Three demo maps show the pieces assembled, built from nothing but the kit itself.

Environment kit · Unreal Engine 5.8

Stylized Carpathian Village

Gothic horror in the Carpathians: a graveyard with its crypt, its mausoleum and its gargoyles, a village church, the vampire hunter's wagon and gear, and stone-and-timber houses behind wrought-iron fences.

60 gothic props and 143 architecture and landscape pieces, in muted earthy colors with deep red accents. Candles, candelabra and lanterns come lit as well as unlit, and six demo maps show the village assembled.

Version 1.1 is out: the Carpathian village

A stone chapel you can walk into, a walled graveyard, and houses with real interiors — over 100 new modular pieces, now in the download. It was a free update for everyone who already owned the kit.

The same promise on every kit

  • Real-world scale, pivot on the ground, so a prop dropped into your level is the size it claims
  • 4 LODs per mesh, screen sizes set by hand — Unreal’s automatic values switch imported LODs to their lowest level far too early
  • Collision on every asset: a convex hull on props, self-collision on the modular pieces so doorways and window openings stay open
  • Three color looks — Natural, Weathered and Dark — set per placed actor through Custom Primitive Data: one material instance, not three, and every LOD follows
  • Demo maps built from nothing but the kit itself, lit by Lumen, with no lighting to build
  • GLB 2.0 and FBX alongside the Unreal project: meters, one file per LOD, UCX_ collision
  • One license, two price tiers — see the Asset License Agreement. Both tiers grant exactly the same rights: commercial use in your own products, no cap on units or revenue, no credit required
  • We say how it is made. The props start from AI-generated images and shapes, then go through our own tools; the modular building pieces are modeled procedurally in Blender, to exact dimensions. No model builds a wall that has to meet another wall on a 3-metre grid

Made for the engine, not for a render

Nothing on this site is a marketing render. Every image and every film comes out of Unreal Engine 5.8, from the demo maps included in the kit, lit by the lights that ship with it. What you see is what opens on your machine.
